Mouse with Crumbs

Our little mouse friend, named Amigo by the students of St.Martin de Porres School, is looking up with great affection and appreciation at his patron. It seems he is being bribed with food in exchange for no longer nibbling on the vestments. This same casting is found at the foot of the seven foot tall statue of St.Martin de Porres.

On the day he dedicated their new church, the late John Cardinal O'Connor was presented with a casting of this mouse by the parishioners.
