St. Martin de Porres

St. Martin de Porres lived his entire life (1579-1639) in Lima, Peru. From a very early age he was known for his sensitive and generous nature toward all mankind. He had a particular liking for animals, enjoyed their company, and helped them whenever he could. He spent his life serving his beloved church in every way possible. Photo by R. Drake
